Online actuarial comedy club to launch

An online actuarial comedy club, hosted by chief actuary and record-breaking comic, Donald Macleod, will be held today at 4pm (BST) in aid of mental health awareness.

Organised by UK recruitment and consulting firm, Ignata Actuarial and Investments, the event is for professionals working in the insurance, pensions and investments markets.

Macleod, chief actuary at Isle of Man-headquartered international life company, RL360, will compere the event. He also holds the world record for the most jokes told in one hour.

Viewers of the free show are encouraged to donate to the Mental Health Foundation in aid of mental health awareness week. Cilck here to donate.

The actuarial comedy club will also feature Stuart Mitchell, a panellist on the popular UK satirical show Mock the Week as well as singer-songwriter and former Britain’s Got Talent finalist Mickey P Kerr.
