A host of top-notch speakers have been confirmed for InsuranceERM's 4th Data for ERM & Solvency II conference.
Taking place in London on 26 April, the conference will examine the latest thinking and guidance on data management challenges facing insurers.
Regulatory aspects of data will be covered by Dr Dean Buckner, data specialist at the UK's Prudential Regulation Authority. The challenges of reporting to tighter timescales under Solvency II pillar 3 will be discussed by the Bank of England's Lewis Webber.
Grant Mitchell, chief actuary for general insurance at The Co-operative Insurance, will examine how to turn risk data into information to aid decision-making.
David Lodge, global data governance manager and senior operational risk consultant for Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty, will participate in a panel session on coping with the changing regulatory landscape.
The merits and role of a dedicated data officer will be discussed by Ivo Roest, project manager data quality at NN Group, and the evolution of risk modelling will be tackled by a panel including John Joyce, head of risk management at Allianz Insurance.
