What are the typical implementation costs?
Implementation costs are limited. In principle, there is an annual subscription for BSM. Setup time is often a couple days and MavenBlue adopts a customer success framework in which we help customers setup/calibrate their instance.
How long does your software take to implement on site?
BSM is a SaaS solution. It means all you need to access the platform is a webbrowser. It means data and analysis is centralised, maximising collaboration. Access is set up in minutes and is often provided as part of co-creation workshops and possibly proof of concepts.
